Cloud Computing shares the same critical success factors as other services that corporate clients source from external service providers. These success factors have been learned from many outsourcing relationships of the past. While Cloud Computing improves many of these critical success factors it doesn’t address 2 of them at all: good relationships and maintaining a motivated workforce.
